About the Team TikTok Local Services (TikTok GO) is a one-stop commerce solution that connects global users with local services through the creative use of TikTok POI (Points of Interest), short videos, LIVE, and search. It delivers valuable real-life experiences and inspires users to explore the world around them.

With the mission of "Discover great places, Empower local businesses" Local Services aims to be the most trusted platform to discover great places and connect local businesses. It helps communities engage with restaurants, hotels, and attractions, equips businesses with new ways to connect with customers and drive transactions, and combines innovative marketing and operational tools to support sustainable growth.

We are on the lookout for Senior Key Account Managers who can drive growth and enrich our ecosystem. TikTok's local services partnerships are a critical means of accelerating the platform's service offerings to users and merchants. As a Key Account Manager, you are expected to provide deep product insights and ongoing consultative support to TikTok's product and local services teams. The immediate focus will be on top local services partners in dine-in to further accelerate service offerings on TikTok.

Responsibilities

  1. 0-1 business development / partnership building, identify top and key local services partners in Food and QSR industries.
  2. Drive TikTok adoptions and provide integration marketing solutions to customers and achieve industry deep cultivations.
  3. Conduct customer visits, negotiate cooperation and contracts with key partners.
  4. Partner with local service merchants in delivering high-quality content through short videos, live streaming, influencer match making to improve their sales / transactions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experienced in partner development or account management.
  • Strong understanding of the food/ dine-in industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and build relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred experience working as part of a global or international team.
  • Robust product acumen, with the ability to understand and contribute to product strategy.
  • Strong customer relationship maintenance, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with preference for experience in the social media industry.
