Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, obtain necessary authorizations for all services provided. Adhere to productivity standards and support staff in meeting budget goals by providing guidance, resources, and strategies to enhance their performance. Responsible for assisting programs in reaching their budget targets by implementing measures to optimize resource allocation and cost-effectiveness. Establish both short-term and long-term goals for the program, including developing and implementing program improvement plans when necessary. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems for the program and organization to ensure effective operational practices. Promote and maintain relationships with our key partners, including hospitals, community agencies, and funding bodies, to foster collaboration and support for program objectives. Collaborate with the management team and other departments, programs, and networks on programmatic, fiscal, community, and organizational issues, ensuring cohesive operations. Manage the program budget, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively and expenditures are monitored to stay within budgetary constraints. Oversee the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records in compliance with legal requirements, local governing bodies, and organizational policies, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Define and maintain staffing requirements, including managing staff scheduling and workload ensure adequate coverage and effective distribution of tasks. Demonstrate sensitivity and responsiveness to cultural differences of clients, coworkers, and community. Complete and monitor peer reviews and Quality Improvement (QI) reports quarterly. Ensure timely completion of documentation and readiness of services in designated system for billing. Manage and resolve failed activities and claims on an ongoing basis. Manage and monitor the authorization process to secure payment for all services. Ensure weekly reports, monthly statistics, and quarterly utilization reports are completed and submitted. Address safety concerns, ensuring potential hazards are identified, addressed promptly, and that safety protocols are adhered to maintain a safe environment for staff and patients. Monitor the maintenance of office area and equipment, ensure all systems are functioning properly. Monitor the quality of client interventions to ensure they are evidence-based by regularly reviewing practices and documentation. Conduct monthly mandatory staff meetings, maintaining accurate records of agendas and attendance to ensure consistent communication and accountability. Ensure all clinicians licenses and IMCATS certifications are current and updated in accordance with regulatory requirements and keep accurate records of these documents. Maintain policy and procedure manual, ensuring it is up-to-date, accessible on-site, and readily available to all staff members. Provide direct supervision, training, support, review, and evaluation for assigned staff. Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest, and fair manner.  Position Qualifications: Master’s degree in mental or behavioral health-related required. Background check clearance required. Licensure in mental or behavioral health field preferred (i.e., LSW/LCSW, LPC/LCPC, CADC). Minimum of four (4) years of experience in the mental/behavioral health field required. Experience in a managerial/supervisory role preferred. Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with various levels of professionals and patients required. Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and rapport-building abilities required. Familiarity with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, most recent edition. Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills in clinically complex case scenarios. Experience completing financial assessments and contribute to achieving financial goals preferred. Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing. Excellent organization, presentation, and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
