We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Assistant to join our team!

- Compensation: $17-19/hour based on experience
What You’ll Do:
- Promote warehouse safety to ensure a secure environment for the whole team.
- Coordinate the ordering and organization of materials to prevent stock shortages.
- Partner with the Warehouse Manager to tackle daily tasks and keep the shop running.
- Track company tools and equipment through a consistent check-in/check-out process.
- Replenish technician trucks with the specific parts and supplies needed for their jobs.
- Perform regular inventory counts within the warehouse to maintain accuracy.
- Assist with full-scale truck inventory audits on a quarterly basis.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of warehouse operations experience (background in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical is a plus!).
- A self-motivated professional with a high school diploma or GED who is eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to coach and motivate others with a positive, team-oriented approach.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Ability to remain active and on your feet for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
- Must be capable of performing strenuous labor, including the regular lifting and maneuvering of objects weighing 75 lbs. or more.
- Ability to safely and repeatedly climb ladders and navigate a warehouse environment throughout the day.
- Ability to work comfortably in a warehouse setting where you will be exposed to extreme temperatures (both heat and cold) and various outdoor weather conditions.
Pay Range: $17 - $19 per hour
