About the role The Platform Campaign strategy is responsible for end-to-end management of campaign strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and smooth cross-functional collaboration. This role seeks a strategic thinker with strong collaboration skills, proven experience in campaign operations and management, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a background in strategy planning, project management, or related fields, with a solid understanding of the e-commerce landscape.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, develop and execute e-commerce platform-level campaign projects and other major cross-category campaigns, responsible for platform-wide sales and ecosystem growth.
- Manage end to end campaign strategies including promotion & subsidy, seller registration, content growth and resource integration, manage budget consumption and ROI efficiency.
- Collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders, including working with account managers, creator managers, and all other cross functional teams for campaign implementation and optimization.
- Conduct data analysis on campaign performance and offer ongoing strategy & focus for campaign optimization, including but not limited to Category strategy, affiliate growth, promotion guidance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, with preference for majors in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Business Administration.
- Work Experience: 3+ years in marketing strategy, e-commerce operations, or business analytics
- Language: Proficient in Chinese, English and Indonesian (spoken and written, as majority of stakeholders are based in CN, to ensure smooth internal communication & coordination with team/sellers, this role requires the ability to speak fluent Chinese)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong social media and marketing ability across multiple platforms. Familiar with TikTok short video and live-streaming eco-system is a plus.
- Result driven, strategic thinking, data-driven, and hands-on. Strong logical reasoning and data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel, and data tools; able to translate data into actionable strategies;
- Soft Skills: Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration abilities to coordinate resources across BD, Product, and Data teams and deliver projects on tight deadlines.
- Proactive mindset and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic e-commerce environment.
- Established experience in the e-commerce industry, campaign, strategy and operational experience preferred
