As a Client Executive for Large Accounts & Business Development Projects, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and supporting local, international, and multinational clients across all lines of non-life insurance. Reporting directly to the Head of Large Accounts & Business Development Projects (LA&BDP), you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional client service, driving business growth, and contributing to Gallagher’s strategic objectives. How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored insurance solutions. You’ll manage and develop relationships with local and global clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term retention. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Preparing and presenting proposals, reports, and updates to clients. Managing local and global insurance program policies, including premium tracking and claims support. Providing consultancy and training to client employees when required. Executing policy placements accurately and efficiently, collaborating with insurers and internal teams. Supporting business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, acquiring new clients, and driving portfolio growth through cross-selling. Acting as a central point of contact between clients and Gallagher’s internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. Staying informed about insurance market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to provide clients with the best advice and solutions. About you Here’s what you’ll bring to the role: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Insurance, or a related field. Proven experience in corporate insurance brokerage, account management, or client development roles. Strong knowledge of policy placement processes and insurance market practices. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust-based client relationships. A commercial mindset with a proven ability to identify and pursue business opportunities. Strategic and innovative thinking, with a focus on generating creative solutions. A collaborative, results-oriented approach with a proactive and detail-oriented working style. Professional and presentable demeanour, with strong client-facing skills. Proficiency in English and MS Office applications. No travel restrictions; completion of military service for male candidates is preferred.
