This role sits at the heart of a global Workday AMS delivery environment, supporting complex Financials integrations and post-production services for enterprise clients. You will act as a senior technical and functional leader, ensuring seamless integration design, stability, and continuous improvement across multiple client accounts. The position combines hands-on problem-solving with strategic oversight, requiring someone comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-impact environments. You will collaborate closely with offshore and onshore teams to manage incidents, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
