Job Description
ᴘᴜʀᴘᴏsᴇ ᴏғ ᴛʜɪs ᴘᴏsɪᴛɪᴏɴ
This position is part of the Product Office and serves as the operational hub of the company's Product Organization. The role is responsible for planning and optimizing cross–product department collaboration processes and translating global compliance requirements (such as export control) into standardized operating procedures. You will not only be the designer of processes, but also act as a bridge between Product Management, IT systems, and global channels, ensuring that every step from product development to commercialization operates with both efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Cross-Functional Process Design and Optimization
Develop and maintain standardized Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes, ensuring consistent operational standards across multiple departments.
Identify collaboration bottlenecks across departments (R&D, Product Management, Sales), propose process improvements, and drive their successful implementation.
Global Product Compliance Systemization
Work with compliance experts to integrate export control regulations, product safety labeling, and regional regulatory requirements into the standard product development process.
Establish standardized product information governance, ensuring the accuracy of product specifications and certifications across global sales channels.
IT System Requirement Definition and Collaboration
Act as the translator between business units and the IT department, defining system requirements for PLM, ERP, and compliance management systems.
Oversee the implementation of workflow automation tools to improve data accuracy and approval efficiency.
Cross-Functional Communication and Team Leadership
Independently lead cross-department projects and initiatives, communicating complex and integrated process topics clearly to process users and stakeholders, while leading teams toward successful outcomes.
Develop process manuals and provide training to Product Managers and relevant departments to ensure the organization can effectively adopt new processes.
ᴍɪɴɪᴍᴜᴍ ᴊᴏʙ ʀᴇǫᴜɪʀᴇᴍᴇɴᴛs
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5–8 years of experience in PLM management, process management, system integration, or related roles.
- Experience in product development or project management within the electronics or technology industry is preferred.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and successfully implementing initiatives.
Experience in digital transformation or business process reengineering is highly desirable.
- Language:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- TOEIC score of 750 or above, or equivalent

Process Design Capability
Practical experience in leading NPI (New Product Introduction) process design or BPR (Business Process Reengineering) initiatives.Cross-Functional Coordination
Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and resolving conflicts, with the ability to build consensus across departments.IT Acumen
Familiarity with PLM or ERP system logic, and experience participating in system implementation, requirement definition (Business Analyst role), or enterprise AI application deployment is preferred.Language Proficiency
Business-level English with the ability to interpret international regulatory standards.
