INSEAD is seeking an Apprentice, Data Operations to join our Executive Education department. This an apprenticeship based at our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau – France.

About the Job

The Apprentice, Data Operations will provide support managing the end of programme feedback survey process using the Qualtrics platform. This includes creating and scheduling the timely release of the reports and assisting the 50+ Programme Managers with their incoming requests. 

The Apprentice, Data Operations will optimize the EDP resource planning and allocation for the Fontainebleau campus. This includes ensuring accuracy on our scheduling platform, TimeEdit so that internal stakeholders obtain accurate and up to date information, populating and keeping Monday.com up to date with the Programme Manager’s workload; taking responsibility for the reservation of break-out rooms, live online rooms, Go-Live rooms, etc.

The Apprentice, Data Operations will also work closely with the Director of Strategic Operations on ad hoc transversal projects.

Your role within the team

  • Provide support to the Data Analysis Manager by creating and scheduling the end of programme feedback reports for the 50+ Programme Managers.
  • Assist the 50+ Programme Managers (across all campuses) with their requests and enquiries regarding the feedback survey process.
  • Provide support to the Resource Planning Manager for the allocation and optimisation of teaching facilities.
  • Ensure accuracy and complete information in TimeEdit, as most internal stakeholders rely on this information for their own workflow. 
  • Pre-populate the Programme Managers’ planning on Monday.com with up-to-date programme information.
  • Extract reports for data analysis and statistics regarding facilities optimisation and coordination resources.
  • Work closely with the Director of Strategic Operations on ad hoc value adding projects for the departments.

The ideal profile

  • Preparing a BTS / bachelor level with a focus on data operations
  • Culturally sensitive and comfortable working in a multicultural international environment
  • Strong interest in data operations and familiar with technology and visualisation platforms
  • At ease with Excel and Pack Office 
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Flexible and ability to adapt
  • Reliable 
  • Good communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to details
  • Willingness to learn
