INSEAD is seeking an Apprentice, EDP Operations to join our Executive Education department. This an apprenticeship based at our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau – France.

About the Job

The Apprentice, EDP Operations provides administrative and coordination support to the Operations team contributing to the smooth delivery of programmes and the onboarding of Programme Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage programme collateral and office supplies (pens, diploma holders, stationery, simulation materials), including stock monitoring and purchasing
  • Coordinate onboarding for new Programme Managers by liaising with internal stakeholders (IT equipment orders, access to shared drives, preparation of physical workspace, etc.)
  • Support onboarding and training for new Programme Managers by booking rooms and scheduling training sessions
  • Centralize and manage office supply orders for the coordination team (30+ Programme Managers)
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in the scheduling tool (Monday.com), reflecting Programme Managers’ workloads for Live Virtual Sessions and off‑campus programmes
  • Organize logistics for programme social events (restaurant bookings, social activities, etc.)

Your role within the team

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to the Operations team 
  • Pre‑populate and update Programme Managers’ planning on Monday.com based on programme requirements 
  • Collaborate with the Operations team on ad hoc, value‑adding projects for the department

The ideal profile

  • Starting a BTS SAM / bachelor or licence MOO level with a focus on event management or administrative assistant in September 2026
  • Culturally sensitive and comfortable working in a multicultural international environment
  • Familiar with technology and visualisation platforms
  • At ease with Excel and Pack Office 
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Flexible and ability to adapt
  • Reliable 
  • Good communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to details
  • Willingness to learn
