Job Description

INSEAD is seeking a Senior Manager, Web Experience and Digital Communications to join our Communications Department. This is a full-time, permanent position, based at our Asia Campus in Singapore. A hybrid working model is in place – 3 days on campus, 2 days from home.

About the Job

Reporting to the Director, Web Experience and Digital Communications, you will lead the delivery and continuous optimisation of INSEAD’s web experience and Communications platforms. In this senior role, you will translate institutional strategy into scalable Communications workflows, tools, and improvements that enhance customer journeys, operational efficiency, and global visibility.

You will play a pivotal role in driving AI adoption, strengthening SEO and analytics capabilities, and enabling contributors across the institution to deliver high-quality and effective web and content experiences. Working in a complex, matrixed environment, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Communications, Marketing, Advancement, Research, Faculty, Degree Programmes, and Digital (IT).

Your role within the team

  • Lead AI adoption across Communications workflows, identifying and implementing solutions that enhance content creation, planning, analytics, automation, and personalisation, while providing practical guidance and training to teams. Support and evolve AI-enabled workflows and operational systems that improve efficiency, scalability, and collaboration across Communications activities.
  • Drive website optimisation and contributor effectiveness by improving content workflows, supporting customer journey-focused initiatives, and enabling teams through clear processes, documentation, and platform support.
  • Lead SEO and website performance improvements, coordinating content and technical optimisation efforts and using analytics and user insights to increase visibility, engagement, and discoverability across search and AI-driven platforms.
  • Manage and deliver web and Communications platform projects across web, content, platforms, and tools, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities, timelines, and brand standards.
  • Establish and maintain performance frameworks and KPIs, generating actionable insights to continuously optimise user experience and Communications effectiveness.
  • Coordinate across teams and platforms, working closely with Communications, Advancement, Marketing, Research, Faculty, Degree Programmes, and Digital (IT) to ensure consistent execution and technical alignment.
  • Develop and oversee content governance processes, ensuring sustainable content operations, consistency, accessibility, and quality across INSEAD’s web presence.
  • Empower teams across the institution through clear guidance, training, and platform resources, enabling greater autonomy and confidence in managing web content.
  • Manage external vendors and partners, ensuring delivery meets expectations for quality, budget, timelines, and institutional brand standards.
  • Identify and champion innovation across web experience, AI, and Communications workflows, drawing on trends, user needs, analytics, and peer benchmarking to support continuous improvement and transformation.

The Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Master/Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8 to 10 years’ experience in Communications, web experience, or marketing, with a strong track record of delivering complex web and platform initiatives in matrixed environments.
  • Proven experience leading web platforms, SEO, analytics, and website performance optimisation, ideally within a global or multi-stakeholder organisation.
  • Experience with AI automation and workflow platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or similar technologies used to support operational processes, automation, and Communications workflows.
  • Strong project management, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and enable others through coaching, training, and the creation of clear frameworks and processes.
  • Able to foster strong collaboration across functions, cultures, and geographies, breaking down silos and enabling teams to work together effectively to achieve shared goals in a complex institutional environment.

Kindly submit your application along with a CV in English.
