Las responsabilidades incluyen, pero no se limitan a:
- Gestión y seguimiento de órdenes de compra.
- Búsqueda de proveedores y cotizaciones.
- Control y carga de facturas en el sistema.
- Conciliación de información contable y apoyo en tareas administrativas del área.
- Contacto con proveedores y seguimiento de pagos.
- Elaboración y actualización de reportes en Excel.
Requisitos:
- Estudiante de Licenciatura o Tecnicatura en Contador Público, Administración o afines.
- Manejo avanzado de Excel.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar 6 horas diarias de lunes a viernes
