You will act as a trusted advisor to senior hiring managers, owning end-to-end recruitment for niche, senior, and hard-to-fill roles that directly influence business outcomes. The position requires strong stakeholder management across North America, particularly the US and Canada markets, along with the ability to operate across multiple time zones. Beyond execution, you will play a key role in shaping hiring quality, improving decision-making discipline, and enhancing overall recruitment effectiveness through data-driven insights.
