TBonz Management Company is now hiring an Assistant General Manager to join the leadership team of one of our flagship restaurants.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations
- Partner with front and back-of-house teams to maintain service excellence
- Lead by example, coaching staff and nurturing growth
- Contribute to cost control and financial performance strategies
- Collaborate on team goals and execute action plans
- Assist in scheduling, inventory oversight, and team communication
- Deliver memorable guest experiences with enthusiasm and energy
- Embrace teamwork and participate in staff meetings and culture-building activities
✅ QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management (preferably high-volume)
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Familiarity with financials, inventory, and scheduling tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Genuine passion for hospitality
COMPENSATION
$50,000–$65,000 / Annually + Monthly Bonuses

Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
