Job Description

We are looking for a Vice President of Engagement to take full ownership of customer lifecycle strategy and drive long-term user value across global markets. This role combines strategic leadership with operational execution, focusing on retention, reactivation, and engagement at scale while building and leading a large international team.


Role can be based in one of the following locations: Valencia (Spain), Warsaw (Poland), Sofia (Bulgaria), Lisbon (Portugal).

Relocation is provided by the company. Full-time remote work is not considered.


Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the full lifecycle strategy, covering retention, reactivation, and LTV growth across multiple verticals (iGaming, e-commerce, fintech, etc.).
  • Build, scale, and manage a large organization of 120+ ppl, including hiring, onboarding, and structuring teams to support rapid growth.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to align CRM strategy with platform architecture, automation logic, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Oversee large-scale campaign execution across global markets, ensuring consistency, deliverability, and localization.
  • Establish and drive key KPIs related to churn reduction, ARPU growth, and overall engagement quality.
  • Implement advanced segmentation and personalization approaches to improve lifecycle performance.

 

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle leadership roles within fast-growing tech environments (iGaming/gambling, fintech, e-commerce, dating, etc.).
  • Proven experience managing large teams (100+ people) and building scalable, high-performing organizations.
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture and system logic, including building automated lifecycle ecosystems across multiple channels (Email, Push, SMS, In-app).
  • Experience working closely with product teams on CRM tools, data infrastructure, and platform evolution.
  • Leadership style based on transparency, accountability, and team development.
  • Ability to operate in a global environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Fluent English.
  • Readiness to relocate to one of the locations stated above (if needed) and work fully on-site.
