We're looking for a seasoned Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead projects across the country and ensure they're completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Travel Expectations: This is a nationwide traveling position. Candidates must be able and willing to travel to project sites throughout the U.S. To support that, we provide company-paid lodging, a meal per diem while on the road, and competitive mileage reimbursement.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Run all phases of commercial construction projects, from initial planning and scheduling through to completion.
- Coordinate daily with project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to keep workflow steady and materials on schedule.
- Lead field crews with clear direction, hands-on support, and consistent accountability.
- Carry out regular site inspections covering progress, quality, and adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
- Spot and resolve problems early to keep projects on track and on budget.
- Keep documentation accurate and up to date - daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
- Build and enforce a strong, best-practices safety culture on every site.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of commercial construction experience, including time served as a superintendent.
- Able and willing to travel nationwide to job sites.
- Skilled in the layout of complex commercial construction projects.
- Strong command of blueprints, architectural plans, and structural drawings.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining project schedules.
- Self-motivated, detail-focused, and quality-driven.
- Strong communicator with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Comfortable with technology and cloud-based reporting platforms (tools and training provided).
