We're hiring an experienced Superintendent to oversee commercial projects nationwide and deliver them safely, on time, and on budget.

This Role Requires Nationwide Travel:
You'll be traveling to job sites throughout the United States, so flexibility and a road-ready approach are essential. We cover lodging and provide a meal per diem while you're traveling, plus competitive mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications We're Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of commercial construction experience, with prior superintendent experience.
  • Willing and able to travel nationwide to project locations.
  • Proficient in the layout of complex construction projects.
  • Strong at reading and interpreting blueprints, architectural plans, and structural drawings.
  • Proven ability to build and hold project schedules.
  • Driven, detail-oriented, and focused on quality.
  • Clear, effective communicator with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Comfortable with technology and cloud-based reporting systems (training and tools provided).

Day-to-Day Duties:

  • Manage every phase of commercial projects, from planning and scheduling through completion.
  • Partner daily with project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to keep workflow moving and materials arriving on time.
  • Supervise and support field crews with direction and accountability.
  • Inspect sites regularly for progress, quality, and compliance with safety and building code requirements.
  • Resolve issues proactively to keep work on schedule.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
  • Drive a strong culture of safety built on industry best practices.
