This is a highly collaborative role offering direct exposure to aerospace manufacturing operations and supply chain execution within a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Corbus is seeking a Supplier Fulfillment Leader to support our aerospace client in Evendale, Ohio. This role is responsible for supplier fulfillment and material expediting activities supporting critical aerospace production programs.
The position works closely with Plant Materials, Planning, Engineering, Product Operations, and supplier partners to drive schedule alignment, improve material flow, and ensure on-time hardware delivery.
This is a highly collaborative role offering direct exposure to aerospace manufacturing operations and supply chain execution within a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage supplier relationships through established operating rhythms, material expediting activities, and delivery execution strategies.
- Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery risks and support production schedules.
- Participate in daily management activities, KPI reviews, and process improvement initiatives supporting on-time hardware delivery.
- Lead weekly and monthly supplier status reviews to ensure purchase order commitments align with program requirements.
- Coordinate supplier kickoff meetings for new parts and support communication between Engineering, Product Operations, and suppliers regarding design updates and engineering changes.
- Maintain accurate forecasted on-dock delivery dates and support hardware Line of Balance (LOB) reporting accuracy.
- Assist Product Operations teams with development and maintenance of recovery plans for high-risk or delayed parts.
- Prepare material health and supplier status reports for leadership review.
- Maintain supplier schedule alignment and LOB data to support supply chain synchronization and visibility.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supplier relationship management, supply chain, manufacturing, or related operations environments.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to work onsite Tuesday through Thursday at the client facility in Evendale, Ohio.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Professional persistence and accountability in resolving supplier delivery challenges.
