Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured analysis of markets, customers, and product portfolios to support strategic decision-making;
- Monitor and evaluate market trends, identifying potential impacts and opportunities for the business;
- Assess new product ideas, including the development of business cases for selected concepts;
- Prepare clear and insightful management reports on market developments and the competitive landscape;
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the planning and execution of product launches;
- Contribute to the development and publication of market intelligence newsletters;
- Support the development of market intelligence dashboards.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field;
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience;
- Strong technical understanding, supported by relevant work experience;
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German) are an advantage;
- Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP C4C is a plus;
- Open-minded team player with strong communication skills;
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret and work with data.
