PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NOT TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION CVS THAT ARE NOT WRITTEN IN ENGLISH Job Summary This role is responsible for supporting the Group’s intragroup transactions and their reconciliation
Working closely with the Group Treasury and Group Tax teams and country finance teams across the world, you will liaise with group and country finance management to ensure intercompany transactions are managed up to the highest standards
Your activities Processing Assist in reviewing details of intercompany requests and support the preparation of intercompany invoices and accruals
Support the posting of intercompany journal entries in the accounting system under supervision
Assist in coordinating with accounting contacts regarding intercompany transactions that require manual processing (e.g., loans, interest, or dividend transactions)
Support the creation and maintenance of intercompany master data, back up documentation and intercompany processes and internal guidelines
Help validate intercompany accounting information such as entity codes, GL accounts, and cost centres
Reconciliation Assist with preliminary and month end intercompany reconciliations for assigned locations
Help investigating and resolving intercompany reconciliation differences within defined timelines
Support the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations in line with reporting
Settlement Coordinate with the Treasury team to support intercompany settlement activities
Assist in preparing payment and collection, advice related to intercompany balances
Other
Support the team in managing intercompany processes for assigned entities
Provide support in gathering documentation and information required for internal and external audits
Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities
and Competencies Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a shared services environment
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Analytical mindset with basic problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment while managing assigned tasks independently
Motivation to develop a career in accounting within an international environment
Fluent in English
Interest in the aviation industry is a plus
