As our Contract Manager - Greece, you will play a central role in safeguarding the contractual lifecycle and enabling the successful execution of our energy projects. - Manage the full contract lifecycle from drafting to signature, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and project requirements.
- Review contractual terms, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies in close cooperation with legal, finance, and project teams.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support negotiations with customers, suppliers, and EPC partners to clarify obligations and ensure compliance.
- Monitor contract performance, key deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
- Act as a contractual point of contact during project execution, supporting smooth collaboration across teams.
- Maintain structured contract documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes.
