Key responsibilities
Manage client construction projects: industrial/logistics developments, as well as office construction and fit-out.
Plan and control project scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate contract preparation and administration; manage technical specifications and design briefs (terms of reference).
Represent the company’s and the client’s interests throughout the project with third parties (designers, contractors, and authorities).
Main requirements
Have at least 3 years of experience in project management.
Have strong organisational, time planning, and communication skills, and are driven to achieve top results.
Have successfully delivered at least two construction projects with a value of €3M+ each.
Have an excellent understanding of project management processes.
Understand Lithuanian legal acts and regulations governing design and construction.
Hold a university degree in construction, engineering, management, or a related field.
Have strong skills using MS Project or other project management software (AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage).
Understand financial aspects of project management.
Can work both independently and while organising a team’s work.
A technical supervision certificate or construction manager certification would be an advantage.
Fluent in Lithuanian and English languages (spoken and written).

Salary (gross): 3800-4310 €/month plus additional compensation for daily work expenses. The final offer will depend on your experience, competencies, and ability to achieve targets independently.
