Key responsibilities

  • Manage client construction projects: industrial/logistics developments, as well as office construction and fit-out.

  • Plan and control project scope, schedule, and budget.

  • Coordinate contract preparation and administration; manage technical specifications and design briefs (terms of reference).

  • Represent the company’s and the client’s interests throughout the project with third parties (designers, contractors, and authorities).

Main requirements

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in project management.

  • Have strong organisational, time planning, and communication skills, and are driven to achieve top results.

  • Have successfully delivered at least two construction projects with a value of €3M+ each.

  • Have an excellent understanding of project management processes.

  • Understand Lithuanian legal acts and regulations governing design and construction.

  • Hold a university degree in construction, engineering, management, or a related field.

  • Have strong skills using MS Project or other project management software (AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage).

  • Understand financial aspects of project management.

  • Can work both independently and while organising a team’s work.

  • A technical supervision certificate or construction manager certification would be an advantage.

  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English languages (spoken and written).

  • Salary (gross): 3800-4310 €/month plus additional compensation for daily work expenses. The final offer will depend on your experience, competencies, and ability to achieve targets independently.
