Senior Product Designer
Job Description
About Fixico
Fixico is a fast-growing car damage repair platform, backed by world-class investors and scaling across Europe. Leasing companies, fleet and rental operators, and insurers trust us to manage their repairs at scale, from global brands to local players.
We're on a steep upward trajectory. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape what's next.
The role
You'll work at the intersection of design and engineering. You own complex, end-to-end product flows across our repairer-facing and customer-facing surfaces. You collaborate closely with frontend engineers to bring designs into production. You think in systems, work confidently in Figma, and understand enough about how the web works to keep your designs buildable.
You'll be the dedicated designer within one of our product teams. You own the experience for that team's domain and contribute to the shared design system that keeps our products consistent. You work closely with the product trio — product manager, engineering lead, and you — to set direction together. You translate company strategy into clear design opportunities and help raise the bar for how we build products at Fixico.
What you'll do
Own end-to-end design for your team's domain, from early concept to engineering handoff, with a strong focus on interaction design and technical feasibility
Partner closely with frontend engineers: think in components, design with implementation in mind, and stay involved through the build
Design complex, multi-step flows: AI-native repair intake, partner dashboards, repair tracking, and SLA management across web and mobile
Build and maintain scalable components in our design system (Figma and Token Studio, mapped to an MUI-based component library), so design and code stay in sync
Turn company strategy into concrete design opportunities and solutions
Run regular user testing and turn the insights into better work
Facilitate workshops with product, design, and engineering to drive alignment and momentum
Define and track outcome-based design metrics (such as usability scores and SUS) to measure real impact
Mentor other designers and help grow a strong, collaborative design culture
