This role is a high-impact growth leadership position responsible for scaling both consumer acquisition and merchant demand generation across a fast-growing two-sided marketplace. You will own the full performance marketing strategy, balancing B2C mobile app installs and engagement with B2B lead generation for restaurant and merchant partners. The role requires a hands-on growth marketer who is equally comfortable defining strategy, managing agency partners, and executing directly within ad platforms. You will work across major paid channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads while continuously optimizing for efficiency, scale, and ROI. This is a highly experimental environment where creativity, data-driven decision-making, and rapid iteration are essential. You will partner closely with product, sales, and creative teams to build scalable growth systems that directly influence company expansion.
