Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and supervise a team of 5 maintenance technicians
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and manage emergency breakdown situations
  • Schedule and coordinate shutdown and maintenance activities
  • Ensure availability and proper management of spare parts and technical documentation
  • Cooperate with production, engineering, and other internal departments as well as external service providers and suppliers
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards

 

Requirements:

 

  • University degree in a technical field (preferably electrical engineering, automation, or mechanical engineering)
  • Experience in leading or coordinating a maintenance team (advantage)
  • Knowledge of paint shop technologies, including pneumatic pumps and painting systems
  • Practical knowledge of industrial equipment such as ABB robotic systems, conveyor systems, and air/material distribution systems
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and industrial automation systems (Schneider Electric, Siemens SIMATIC)
  • Fluent Slovak language and English proficiency at minimum B1 level
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure
