Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving product or service-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance customer support

Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and systems.
  • Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
