Job Description
TikTok LIVE-Regional Operations-Japan aims to empower a safe, authentic, and inclusive LIVE environment and provide the best real-time experience that cultivates a sense of belonging, enhances real-life experience, enables diverse businesses and provides economic opportunities for people to interact in real-time. Responsibilities
- Lead the acquisition and partnership development of creator agencies for TikTok LIVE. This role involves building strong relationships with agencies and working as partners to grow TikTok LIVE together.
- Develop agency strategies based on market and competitor research. Identify and onboard new creator agencies and talent management companies, establishing partnerships.
- Provide support for live streaming activities, including reporting for agencies and talent management companies.
- Create manuals and community guidelines for agencies and talent management companies.
- Conduct workshops for agencies and talent management companies.
- Manage goals and KPIs, and perform data analysis.
- Plan and execute other related initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in sales or business development in the IT, media, or entertainment industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a diverse and international environment.
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese.
- English proficiency sufficient to collaborate with stakeholders in other regions.
- At least 1 year of team management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the live streaming industry.
- Experience in B2B sales, especially in new business development.
- Proven experience in building and managing a team from scratch.
