In this role, you will lead and scale a high-performing, multi-region Sales Development organization responsible for driving global pipeline generation across inbound, outbound, and partner channels. You will define and execute the global SDR strategy while ensuring consistency across regions and enabling local market strengths in LATAM, North America, and EMEA. This is a highly strategic and operational leadership role where you will build the playbook for outbound excellence, optimize funnel performance, and directly impact revenue growth. You will coach and develop distributed SDR teams, fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, you will align messaging, targeting, and pipeline strategy across the organization.
