JOB TITLE: Club Lounge Concierge
REPORTS TO: Club Lounge Supervisor
SUPERVISES: NA
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:
Responsible for assisting all Club Level guest in providing genuine care and comfort.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB DUTIES:
- Service of food and beverage to include delivery of food and/or beverage items from kitchen areas to the Club Lounge.
- Completes opening and closing side work including stocking plates, silverware, filling coffee grinder.
- Retrieves fresh fruit display, pastry display, coffee, juices, etc., from kitchen areas and delivers to Club Lounge.
- Retrieves and/or puts away dishes and silver from room service area and restocks kitchen, cleans area, and moves tables and chairs as required.
- Organizes and displays breakfast by setting up food displays and drinks.
- Displays bar, sets up bottles, cuts condiments, retrieves ice forms from room service to replenish bar.
- Monitors the inventory and presentable condition of all glasses, dished and silver to ensure they meet Club standards.
- Answers all telephone calls within three rings.
- Greets guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

Busses tables and maintains an overall clean Club Lounge.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to pull an push a minimum of 80 pounds.
- Must be able to lift and carry minimum of 30 pounds.
- Standing for 90 % of work shift is required.

Activities include standing, reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, handling, lifting, carrying, seeing, hearing, talking, walking.
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Must have basic knowledge of food and beverages preparation.
- Able to anticipate guest’s needs.
- Efficiency and attention to detail, maintaining a keen sense of urgency at all times.
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
- Must be self-directed, motivated and demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills at all times.
- Able to anticipate guest’s needs.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
- Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Prior hospitality experience preferred.
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES:
- Food Handler’s Certificate required.
- Must be minimum age to serve alcohol.
