Job Description
- Provide dynamic coaching and advice to leaders and managers on people and culture (P&C) topics, including performance management, team conflict, and policy exceptions.
- Partner with P&C partners to deliver unit-specific organizational changes, including reorganisations and performance management initiatives.
- Identify and drive process improvement initiatives at scale, leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and amplify operational excellence.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of employee data (e.g., surveys, exits) to identify location-specific trends and develop targeted initiatives.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for local employment law and P&C policies, providing recommendations to address systemic issues affecting wellbeing.
