Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure the seamless flow of goods through the supply chain.
Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the supply chain team, providing training and support to enhance performance and productivity.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to contractual agreements.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with relevant regulations and prepare accurate reports for management review.

Risk Management: Identifies potential risks, develops mitigation strategies, and ensures business continuity.
Technical Proficiency in Supply Chain Software: Demonstrates proficiency in using supply chain management software and other relevant technologies to manage operations.
Financial Acumen: Understands and manages supply chain budgets, cost analysis, and financial reporting to support the organization's financial health.
