Strategic Consulting: Provide expert advice and consultation on complex international projects to business units, customers, and suppliers regarding project-related matters. Resource Integration: Implement, customize, and coordinate multi-location resources to meet customer requirements effectively. Team Management: Lead and monitor cross-functional project teams using deep expertise in one or multiple job areas to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery. Process Improvement: Continuously enhance and implement Hella’s project management procedures in daily operations.
