Job Summary Conduct in-depth analysis of procurement and purchasing needs
Manage the administrative aspects of the procurement process
Participate in the definition of the purchasing policy and ensure compliance with the company standards and procedures
Your activities Participate in drafting specifications and commercial contracts
Participate in the development of procurement procedures
Contribute to preparing the procurement budget and ensure its monitoring to optimize cost-effectiveness
Ensure supplier sourcing and the setup/update of supplier and product databases
Implement performance indicators for evaluating suppliers and service providers
Work cross-functionally on various procurement-related issues
Set up and monitor procurement dashboards
Monitor the logistics of purchases
Study, build, update, and manage the dedicated supplier portfolio
Manage supplier orders (contract execution, quotes, purchase orders, delivery notes, disputes, customs clearance, etc.)
Monitor the supplier process from order to payment
Negotiate prices to optimize resources according to the allocated budget
Act as an internal and external interface for collecting purchasing needs (with departments, stations, suppliers, and service providers)
Create supplier identification forms
Participate in supplier audits
Contribute to implementation of recommendations and procurement activity reports
Participate in identifying and applying cost-optimization solutions and practices
Manage purchasing activities at the station level
Participate in various procurement-related projects
Your profile Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or higher in Management, Procurement, Economics, or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in procurement
Strong verbal and written communication skills
