THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our daily activities, with a focus on data management and project support.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience. You will work closely with operational teams and project managers, helping to keep data accurate while also supporting the planning and coordination of projects.
RESPONSABILITIES
Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems and spreadsheets
Check and reconcile data to ensure accuracy across different sources
Identify and flag any discrepancies, and support resolving them
Keep records well-organized and up to date
Assist with basic reporting by preparing simple data summaries
Support project managers with the planning, execution, and tracking of projects
Help prepare and update project plans, timelines, and basic budgets
Track progress and follow up on tasks to help keep projects on schedule
SKILLS
Recent graduate or up to 1–2 years of experience in administration, operations, or similar roles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
Basic knowledge of Excel (data entry, simple formulas, filtering)
Good organizational and time management skills
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Ability to manage routine tasks while supporting project-related work
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
COMPENSATION
$50,000 per year, plus a comprehensive package of local and global benefits.
