Member Support Advisor (12 month FTC)

The Role
We are looking for Member Support Advisor's to join us on a 12 month basis. In this role, you will support our members by handling, investigating, and resolving a high volume of contacts and queries, ensuring quality, productivity, and adherence to standards
Responsibilities
As a Member Support Advisor, your daily duties will include…
- Supporting our members through email, calls and other channels.
- Collaborating with internal and external parties to resolve queries.
- Staying updated with training to provide accurate information.
- Helping develop processes to improve member services.
- Participating in team days and feedback sessions to enhance processes through technology and knowledge sharing.

The Process
Our interview process for this role is simple:
First stage interview will take place virtually on MS Teams.
Second stage interview will take place in person at our London Bridge Hub.
We use competency-based questions within our interviews. This allows you to provide examples of situations where you have had to demonstrate the required skills relevant to the role you are applying for. To assist your preparation for interview, research the STAR method to aid bringing your examples to life.
Location
On-site induction training for this role is delivered in-person, at our London Bridge Hub. This can take up to two week - afterwards you will be required to attend the Hub regularly to ensure that you're fully equipped to succeed in your role. Once your initial training period is completed, you will be required to attend the Hub for at least two days per month, subject to management discretion. The remaining days can be worked remotely or in the Hub - your choice!
To ensure the health and safety of all our employees, if you wish to work from home for more than 2.5 days per week, we will conduct a quick and easy remote-working assessment.
