Test Equipment Technician

Manufacturing and assembly of complex electrical test systems for automotive vehicle components. Assembly and manufacturing circuit boards including soldering tasks. Manufacturing specific wiring harnesses for test samples, including crimping of component connectors. Troubleshooting and error correction in hardware and communication channels during commissioning. Maintenance and repair of existing test systems. Inspection of externally assembled components with regards to the Test bench standards. Inspection of material lists based on e-design documents.
