Reporting to the IT Supervisor, as the IT Analyst, you will be part of the Technology & BI Department and collaborates with other departments of mine. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s culture, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment.
Design and put in place solutions to resolve technical and global issues
Develop, Design and Follow standard department procedures and best practices
Propose and design technical improvement solutions for the department
Maintain documentation and network diagrams
Document changes and requests in our ITSM
Provide advanced support across multiple technologies
Propose technical orientation for the department
Oversee IT Projects and collaborate with different stakeholders
Assist IT Technicians and collaborate with OT Specialists
Advise his supervisor on appropriate action and decision
Ensure network security on the different infrastructure of the site
Excellent Leadership and self-government

Being able to work under high pressure and stay focus in emergency situations
Excellent ability to identify problems and propose solutions based on different factors: Cost, Timeliness, and Durability

Mastery Knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office Suites
Mastery Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
Excellent Knowledge of Routers, Switches and VoIP Call Manager, Firewalls, WIFI, etc.
Excellent Knowledge of VMWare Products and Storage Area Network (SAN)
Excellent Knowledge of Satellite System installations
Good Knowledge of RF systems (LTE, VHF/UHF Radios, Microwave Design)
Good Knowledge of QoS Concept, IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n and IEEE 802.1X
Good Knowledge in Linux
Your Work Schedule
14 days of work, followed by 14 days for transportation and rest; flights departing from all communities of the Kivalliq region, Mirabel or Val d’Or, Quebec;
Accommodations and meals are provided on site at no cost to the employee. Agnico Eagle provides charter flights to and from the mine site and will accommodate to cover other travelling expenses according to your location of residence in Canada.
