This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale the customer activation journey for a growing B2B SaaS platform serving an international marketplace. As one of the first professionals dedicated to this function, you will build processes, drive customer adoption, and ensure newly onboarded clients quickly realize value from the platform. Working closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to increase engagement and accelerate digital transformation.
