This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive based in United States.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving complex enterprise sales cycles within large organizations, helping some of the world’s most recognized brands improve and secure their customer experience across digital, voice, and AI-powered channels. You will operate in a high-performance, consultative sales environment where success depends on your ability to navigate Fortune 500–1000 stakeholders, build trusted executive relationships, and close high-value deals. This position requires strong commercial acumen, deep discovery skills, and the ability to position advanced solutions that ensure reliability and trust in AI-driven customer interactions. You will own territory strategy, pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and full-cycle deal execution. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape how enterprises adopt next-generation customer experience assurance technology. This is a high-impact role for a proven enterprise seller who thrives in fast-paced, competitive markets.
