Join our Onsite & Technical team and help deliver exceptional technology experiences that keep our people connected and supported every day. As a Specialist 2, you’ll provide high-quality, customer-focused technical support and expertise to IAG, working closely with colleagues and remote partners across key locations in AU and NZ.

You’ll be responsible for resolving issues, improving user experiences, and delivering service excellence through professional, responsive, and customer-centric interactions. This is a role where your technical capability, communication skills, and passion for helping others will make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver first-class, customer-focused technical support to IAG colleagues and partners
  • Provide onsite and remote support across key locations in Australia and New Zealand
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while enhancing user experience
  • Build strong relationships through responsive, professional service delivery
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and service excellence initiatives
  • Champion an inclusive workplace that values diversity in all its forms


This is a permanent role and offers a flexible hybrid work model based in Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland) to be based onsite minimum of four days per week.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum five years of experience in desktop hardware, operating systems, smartphones, and printers
  • Effective time management and organizational skills 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • L1 and L2 IT experience having worked in both Windows and Mac environments
  • Both hardware and software support experience
