What you’ll do:

  • Maintaining HR documentation in accordance with applicable labor law regulations, including:

-preparation and updating of HR documentation, such as employment contracts, amendments, employment certificates, etc.,

-maintaining employee personnel files,

-monitoring validity of medical examinations and ensuring their timely completion.

  • Entering and updating data in HR and payroll systems.
  • Recording and settling employees’ working time (shift systems) in compliance with labor law regulations.
  • Participation in the creation of company work schedules.
  • Monitoring changes in labor law and implementing them within the organization.
  • Administration and coordination of employee benefits (e.g., medical care, sports card).
  • Supporting job evaluation processes and organizational structure updates.
  • Participation in preparation of data for salary planning and annual increases.
  • Preparation and analysis of reports related to working time settlement and HR administration in compliance with Polish regulations (Labor Code, Social Insurance Institution – ZUS, Tax Office – US, National Labour Inspectorate – PIP), as well as Eaton’s internal policies.
  • Handling employee inquiries regarding HR and administrative processes.
  • Cooperation with other company departments, including payroll, finance, and management.
  • Participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration and working time accounting
  • Very good knowledge of labor law, social security regulations, and working time systems
  • Experience working with HR and payroll systems
  • Highly developed communication and analytical skills
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, punctuality, and ability to work under time pressure
  • Good command of English (minimum intermediate level, with full independence in communication with English-speaking individuals)
  • Growth mindset and willingness to continuously learn
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of the Płatnik system
  • Familiarity with job evaluation methods, salary structure design, payroll budgeting, and compensation & salary increase systems will be an additional advantage
  • Project management skills
