You will help transform large-scale ASP.NET WebForms applications into a modern, scalable React and API-driven architecture, playing a key role in shaping both technical direction and engineering standards. Beyond migration work, you will act as a technical leader and mentor, helping elevate team capabilities across frontend, backend, and DevOps practices. A significant part of the role involves integrating and championing AI-assisted development workflows, using tools such as Claude to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed. You will collaborate closely with distributed teams, including offshore engineers, product managers, and designers.
