Description
You will run procurement disputes for clients in our Public Procurement team, in a hybrid role based in Birmingham or Manchester.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement challenges and claims
- Advise on PCR 2015 and Procurement Act
- Manage and progress a varied caseload
- Provide training and support to clients
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Qualified procurement disputes solicitor
- Good CPR and litigation knowledge
- Public or regulated sector experience
- Clear communicator and collaborative
