Job Description
About the Team The Data TA Team supports hiring across several strategic business areas. Our scope includes technical hiring across ByteDance’s diverse product portfolio, spanning engineering, algorithm, machine learning, LLM, and AI roles, with TikTok as a key focus area. The team also supports hiring for the BytePlus go-to-market organization and the data center supply chain organization, contributing to growth across both business and infrastructure functions. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will partner closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to understand evolving talent needs and attract top-tier talent. Your work will play a key role in building high-impact teams that power innovation and long-term business growth.
What You Will Do:
- Partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, talent sourcers, and business stakeholders to understand talent needs, shape hiring strategies, and deliver hiring results across designated business areas.
- Manage and mentor talent sourcers, including hiring, training, developing, and motivating the team, while aligning sourcing direction with business priorities.
- Identify and attract top-tier talent through diverse channels, including direct applications, employee referrals, talent mapping, and external partners.
- Drive a high-quality hiring process by delivering an excellent candidate experience, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining strong stakeholder alignment.
- Leverage data, market insights, and internal AI tools to improve hiring performance, address recruiting challenges, and support strategic hiring projects.
- Act as an employer branding advocate and promote strong collaboration across teams to support sustainable business growth.

- Proven end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Strong curiosity about technology and AI, with a passion for learning and exploring new trends in the space.

- Experience supporting regional hiring across multiple markets.
