Category Manager MRO & Mining Services

This is a strategic procurement leadership role responsible for managing large-scale indirect spend across MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) and mining services across a multi-site North American industrial network. You will drive sourcing strategies, supplier performance, and cost optimization initiatives across a diverse portfolio of categories including industrial supplies, OEM parts, electrical components, PPE, and external services. The role has a direct impact on operational efficiency, budget performance, and supply continuity across dozens of industrial sites. You will collaborate closely with plant operations, corporate stakeholders, and procurement teams to standardize processes and implement scalable sourcing strategies. In addition to strategic sourcing, you will lead contract negotiations, support supplier development, and ensure ERP pricing accuracy and compliance.
