You will oversee the full Workers’ Compensation program lifecycle, ensuring strong claims performance, effective underwriting operations, and proactive risk mitigation across a large, dynamic workforce ecosystem. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on operational ownership in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will act as a key decision-maker for claims performance and vendor accountability while shaping how risk is managed at scale. Working closely with senior leadership, you will translate data into actionable insights that directly reduce loss frequency and severity. This is a player-coach position where you will also lead and develop a growing team of specialists. The environment is highly collaborative, data-driven, and innovation-oriented, with increasing adoption of AI to improve operational efficiency.
