
Agency Partner Manager - Global Business Solutions - London
Job Description
The Agency Partnership team is responsible for building long term partnerships with agencies/brands across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a seamless experience for our users and develop deep connections with our agencies.
Responsibilities: Revenue Partnership
- Establish and manage client relationships with Big media agencies
- Develop and execute a customer-led growth strategy
- Respond to inbound RFPs, proactively develop custom ideas, and deliver up-sell and always on opportunities for your clients
- Bid optimisation, budget management / pacing management
- Build a pipeline of revenue
- Retain and grow revenue from advertisers
- Provide clients with the highest level of sales and customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal and engineering
Campaign Planning and Management
- Carry out health checks on campaigns to ensure they are set up and running as per best practice and optimised to meet or exceed pre-agreed benchmarks and targets
- Facilitate clients' ad campaigns from start to finish
- Manage internal account operations including account set up etc.
- Conduct live platform demonstrations
- Plan and build compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customised for clients' business and problems
Product Management
- Brainstorm, identify and implement advertising solutions on TikTok to deliver measurable results for clients
- Serve as an external TikTok product consultant
- Analyse data and glean insights to execute the client strategy and TikTok's marketing solutions
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in digital media sales, ad tech, or programmatic advertising, with expereince specifically managing holding company relationships (ideally WPP or GroupM networks).
- Proven track record of navigating, presenting to, and influencing C-level executives (e.g. Investment Officers, Heads of Digital, Agency CEOs).
- Experience managing a multi-million dollar book of business and a history of successfully negotiating complex Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and trading agreements.
- Subject matter expertise in the full digital funnel—specifically auction/biddable media, performance marketing metrics, and social commerce solutions (e.g., TikTok Shop).
- Ability to translate complex platform data, audience insights, and cultural trends into compelling business cases for WPP's strategic planners.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate across internal matrixed teams, specifically partnering with Client Solutions Managers (CSMs), Product, Ad Operations, and Marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
- A strong grasp of the creator economy, short-form video best practices
- A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly iterating, and sometimes ambiguous tech environment.
- Must be passionate about social media and the technologies used to support online and/or mobile advertising operations: ad serving, audience management tools, inventory applications, and third-party ad tags
- Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
- The ideal candidate should also be a confident communicator, and able to organize and process information from multiple parties during a campaign set up
- Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams
