Among other responsibilities, some duties you will carry out are: Giving direct and indirect care with the goal of enhancing patient health. Organize clinical follow-ups and activities. Performs physical examinations and/or preventive health measures to assess and evaluate patient's clinical problems and health care needs. Maintains and updates patient charts, records, and information. Provides medical consultation in specialized areas of knowledge. Provides clients with information concerning rights, options, benefits, services, goals and expectations.
