Premium Guard, Inc. is a privately held company, established in 1996. We are a leading supplier of private label solutions in the automotive aftermarket. Our focus is on designing, manufacturing and distributing products for automotive, diesel, power-sports and specialty filter markets. Our supply chain network encompasses now branches across the Pacific and into South America.
JOB SUMMARY:
This position encompasses the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders in accordance with company operational and quality procedures. Duties include the picking, auditing, processing, loading, and shipping of product/material within the warehouse facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Follow safety guidelines of the Outbound department and general warehouse standards

Potentially operating mobile equipment per safety guidelines and requirements

Use of electronic devices such as handheld scanners, tablets, and computers

Picking assigned customer orders accurately and per instruction

Auditing of customer orders to ensure quality and quantity
-
Processing / preparing of orders for shipping to customer
-
Loading of product / material into trailers
-
Maintain all documents related to the Outbound process
-
Reporting of any non-conformance/compliance issues to the Outbound Supervisor or ADM
-
Meet established performance standards for the position

Observe all company rules and regulations

Other duties as assigned
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Must be able to move and transport product up to 50lbs
-
Constantly positions self to move boxes of product from racks onto manual or electric pallet jacks. Must be certified to operate mobile equipment (fork-truck, stand up fork-truck, etc)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
-
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Good communication skills including reading and math.

Must be able to read and understand written and verbal instructions.

Must have a minimum of 2 years of forklift experience in a warehouse setting.

Must be able to move, lift and transport products up to 50lbs in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Standing, lifting, bending and moving heavy packages for extended periods of time up to 10-hour shifts.
