This role is responsible for leading and evolving a workplace accommodations program that ensures employees receive timely, compliant, and high-quality support throughout the accommodation process. You will oversee end-to-end case management and guide a team responsible for handling complex accommodation requests in alignment with federal and state regulations. The position plays a critical role in ensuring fairness, consistency, and legal compliance across all accommodation cases while supporting employees and managers through sensitive and often high-impact situations. You will collaborate closely with HR, legal, leave management, workers’ compensation, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of cases. This is both a leadership and operational role, requiring strong attention to detail, empathy, and the ability to manage escalations effectively. You will also contribute to training and education programs that strengthen organizational understanding of accommodation policies and responsibilities.
