Architectural Control Consultant

Jayman BUILT is currently seeking an Architectural Control Consultant, in our Calgary styleMagic Centre, reporting to our WenDi Marketing Manager. As an Architectural Control Consultant, you understand that customer service is everything. You are an administrative professional ready to grow and learn the architectural selections process in an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented company.

A day in the life:

• Assist each customer with the selection of exterior finishes and colours for their home.
• Provide pricing to customers for each exterior selection and/or upgrade they choose.
• Obtain sign-off on selections from the customer.
• Submit selections to the appropriate developer for architectural controls approval.
• Know and understand the Architectural Control guidelines for each community in which Jayman builds.

What you will bring to the table: 

• Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
• Strong computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Ability to meet deadlines while providing high-quality work.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze and understand blueprints and house plans.
• Experience in estimating, preferably with new single-family homes, would be an asset.
• An architectural, planning, or design post-secondary certificate or diploma would be an asset.
